Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://unionlimochicago.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Airport Transfer, Corporate Transportation, Event Transportation, Private Driver, Chauffeur Service, Wedding Limousine, Black Car Service provided by Union Limo. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://unionlimochicago.com is the property of Union Limo or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Union Limo may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://unionlimochicago.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Union Limo makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Union Limo arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Union Limo from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Union Limo may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
